1. Agreement to Terms

By booking a trip with Travel With Nyka you agree to all Terms & Conditions, Payment Policies, and Disclaimers.

2. Eligibility

All travelers must be:

    •    18+ years old (unless stated otherwise),

    •    Possessing valid identification and/or passports,

    •    Able to comply with destination entry requirements.

3. Required Information

Travelers must provide accurate:

    •    Full legal name

    •    Date of birth

    •    Contact information

    •    Passport details (if required)

Failure to provide accurate information may result in denied travel with no refund.

4. Trip Itinerary

Itineraries are subject to change at any time due to:

    •    Weather

    •    Vendor issues

    •    Safety concerns

    •    Flight or transportation schedule changes

    •    Unforeseen circumstances

No refunds will be issued due to itinerary adjustments.

6. Travel Documents

It is the traveler’s responsibility to:

• Obtain a valid passport

• Check passport expiration (6 months validity required for most countries)

• Complete visa requirements

• Meet vaccination/testing requirements

By traveling with Travel With Nyka, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Personal Responsibility

You participate in all activities at your own risk.

I am not responsible for:

• Illness

• Injuries

• Lost or damaged property

• Missed flights

• Delayed flights

• Issues caused by weather or natural events

• Actions of vendors, hotels, drivers, or airlines

2. Third-Party Vendors

Activities, hotels, excursions, and transportation may be operated by third-party companies.

I am not liable for:

• Their performance

• Their policies

• Their cancellations

• Their delays

• Their negligence

3. Assumption of Risk

Travel involves inherent risks.

By booking, you voluntarily accept all risks associated with international or domestic travel.
