Thank you for choosing to travel with Explorer’s Club by Nyka. Please review the refund policy carefully before booking. Once your deposit is submitted, you agree to the terms below.

📌 Deposits
• All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE under any circumstance.
• Deposits secure your spot and go directly toward reserving accommodations, activities, and transportation.
📌 NO CANCELLATIONS
• All bookings are final.
• Cancellations are NOT permitted for any reason.
Once you reserve your spot, you are committing to the full cost of the trip.
📌 COMPANY-APPROVED REFUNDS
• The ONLY time a refund may be issued is if the company (Explorer’s Club by Nyka) decides to approve or allow the refund at its discretion.
• if there is an issue on the companies end
• The company reserves the right to deny or approve refunds on a case-by-case basis.
📌 MISSED OR LATE PAYMENTS
• Payments must be made on time.
• Failure to keep up with payments may result in losing your spot with no refund of any amount paid.
📌 TRANSFERS
• Bookings cannot be transferred to another person or another trip.

📌 TRAVEL INSURANCE
• Travelers are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect their investment.
Travel insurance is not included. All travelers are responsible for purchasing their own travel insurance. Explorer’s Club by Nyka is not responsible for missed flights, delays, emergencies, or any unforeseen circumstances
📌 6. Chargebacks & Disputes
Any chargeback or dispute filed with your bank will result in:
• Immediate removal from the trip
• Permanent ban from future trips
• Legal action if necessary

By submitting payment, you acknowledge that:

• You understand all payment terms
• You accept these conditions for participation in the trip
